Neuroscience-informed, trauma-skilled coaching for personal transformation & professional impact

Hi, I'm Karishma. I'm a trauma-informed professional coach, practitioner of relational somatics, and mindfulness educator.

I work with leaders, creatives, and changemakers in government and in the community.

1:1 and in groups

"You are a maverick, a magician and a healer that works at the systems level of the individual. The change is so deep. You also model the next shift in my evolution — integral, leader, compassionate & embodied."

the sessions

We have all been shaped by life.

I work with value-driven, smart and successful people who find that the methods that helped them get to where they are, now aren’t working so well.

With skilled and attuned support, your nervous system can re-shape. Through this work, you can shift away from the urgency of survival reactions and towards a greater sense of choice.

This work moves beyond cut-and-paste strategies, because youand the systems and experiences that you have adapted forare unique.

“The online nervous system work has honestly changed my life.

I’m calmer, which means I’m nicer to my family—without trying to be. I’m setting boundaries more easily. And, when I find myself up late at night re-playing a conversation over and over, I use the tools from our sessions to allow the anger to move through.”

My intention is that, by the end of our work together, you can do this for yourself.

“Working with you is a beautiful blend of calm presence and powerful charge, a paradox perhaps, and one that I find to be a catalyst for change.”

the process

1) Book a no-cost 20-minute consult call. We will clarify your goals and determine if I'm the right person to support the work you want to do.

2) Choose your container: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

3) Schedule it in. We meet every 2 weeks. A regular rhythm is essential; as is time to integrate the work we do together.
