This work comes out of my background and training in Somatic Experiencing® and NARM®, as a Wayfinder coach, as well as the ancestral and subtle body maps I’ve been engaged in for over 20 years.

As your guide, my role is to support you to connect with your innate wisdom and agency so that, at the end of our work together, you can do this for yourself.
