The Restoration Sessions

The Restoration Sessions is a 6-week container of somatic support and energy medicine to come back into right relationship with yourself and find a greater sense of choice and possibility. It offers a closed group and a regular rhythm for your body to reconnect, repair and resource.
We have all been shaped by life. With attuned support, our nervous systems can re-shape. We can grow our capacity to show up for ourselves, our relationships, and the work we are here to do.
The next cycle begins Sunday 13 September, 8 PM EST and runs for 6 weeks.
Each 60-minute session includes:
Experiential education of embodied anatomy. Every session, a gentle exploration gives you a distinct practice to take with you into your week.
Resource guide with additional explorations, because every body is different!
Nervous system re-balancing and restoration sequence based on Transforming Touch®, guided by the facilitator. Each week, we deepen into the embodiment of this sequence.
Groups are limited to 12 people. Sessions are not recorded and groups are closed to create a container (no drop-ins). Having your video on is optional, and there is no expectation to engage beyond the chat box.

This work deepens with rhythm and repetition. Over the past 2 years, a community of practice has developed and past participants are warmly invited to repeat the 6-week cycle at $150.
